Eagle County permits are only available online.
Bonfires and Recreational Fires
Recreational fires are subject to fire restrictions within each county. While a permit is not required for a recreational bonfire in an enclosed fire pit, it is still highly recommended. Please see the guidelines for more information.

Fire Bans
Roaring Fork Fire Rescue is located in both Eagle and Pitkin Counties. The responsibility of initiating or rescinding fire bans falls to the sheriffs of each respective county. Please direct any questions you may have to the Sheriff’s office in your county.
